Mile of the Man's Home

Friday evening was spent in Maggie May's where Captain Kidd's Boneyard were playing.

Then on Saturday I woke up to a surprise delivery by my front door.

Well...it wasn't a total surprise considering I had ordered them a couple of days before but still...it made the hangover slightly more tolerable.

I ended up in the West End quite late on Saturday afternoon looking for a senior dance dress for Thomas' wee sister but all I found was this lovely dress for myself.

And then on Sunday I was in the West End again looking for another senior dance dress. This time it was for my wee sister. Luckily the first one she tried one was beautiful so we didn't have to spend a wet Sunday trawling round town.

While Georgia was trying on her dress I found these gorgeous Religion trousers but I can't find a picture on the internet that does them justice and I can't actually afford them so I'm just going to try and forget about them.

I got a couple of magazine/books with lots of short stories/poems/drawings which are lovely. Maybe if I spent less money on things like these I could afford those trousers...
